I Luv Scotland ('I Luv LTD - Owner') will accept orders from this site on the understanding that the submission of said order is made on the basis of familiarity with, and acceptance of, these Terms of Service on the part of the customer.
Pricing and Product Information
While The Owner makes every effort to ensure that price and product description details offered on this website are accurate, errors and omissions may occur. To the fullest extent permitted in law, The Owner provides this website and its contents on an 'as is' basis and does not represent or warrant that the information made available via this website is accurate, complete or current. In particular, price and product availability information is subject to change without notice.
The submission of an order via this website constitutes an offer to purchase on the part of the submitter ('The Customer'). No contract shall subsist between The Customer and The Owner until The Owner confirms an order via email communication to The Customer. The prices applicable to this contract shall be the prices quoted in the email confirmation by The Owner. Prices provided in a written quotation from The Owner as a result of an inquiry to this website shall be valid for 30 days from the dispatch date of the written quotation.
Payment for goods and services provided by The Owner shall be made in advance of dispatch of the finished products. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. Please note also that your online credit/debit card details are never revealed to The Owner.
No goods will be shipped unless payment has been received in full. All goods shall remain the property of The Owner until payment has been received in full.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to send out all products within three business days using a tracked or signed for service. You should receive notification concerning the status of your order within three business days of purchase.
We will refund or exchange any product bought via this website if it is returned - in an unused condition and in its original packaging - within 30 days of purchase. Custom made/bespoke items and fabric are excluded from the returns policy except for when a genuine defect has been identified. The purchaser must pay the shipping costs of returning unwanted or unsuitable products. Cases in which items have arrived in a damaged or imperfect condition will be dealt with on an individual basis.
